Contributions are an important component of our success and stability. We welcome all private, business and foundation contributions. Metropolitan Youth Symphony is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible. If you would like to designate MYS as the recipient of your United Way donation, make sure to spell out “Metropolitan Youth Symphony” (not just MYS) in the appropriate space. There is usually a selection that says “specific care” or “support another nonprofit health and human service organization in the state”.
